Our Service to Landlords includes either a Tenant Find or Managed Let Service. Whichever you choose, you can be sure of a tailor made, personal service which will comply and cover all current legislation, assuring you full peace of mind.

Propertymark

Selecting the right agent is crucial to your property selling or letting experience.

Propertymark promotes higher standards than current laws demand and we are campaigning for more laws and enforcement to regulate the property sector. We hold our members accountable in order to protect you and your money. Estate agents, letting agents, auctioneers and valuers who display the ‘Propertymark Protected’ logo actively ensure maximum protection for their clients.

Fees

As a Propertymark Protected Estate Agency, we, we aim to provide value for money and can offer competitive fees whether you are selling or letting your property.

Residential Sales

We offer FREE Market Appraisals and will arrange a visit to your property to assess the market value and then provide a personal quotation. As everybody's circumstances are different our service is tailored to your needs depending on the service you require and our fees may vary accordingly. We aim to provide the best service possible and, therefore, the best value.

Formal written valuations for probate or other purposes are also provided, subject to a set fee.

Residential Lettings

Claire Sheehan Estate Agents is a member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme (CMP) and Independent Redress provided by TPOs.

We offer 2 levels of service: (Inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%)

All fees are per tenancy agreement and include Deposit Registration with Mydeposits.

Tenant Find

Our fees to landlords are dependent upon the rental values and marketing costs and start from £600.00

Managed Lets

A set-up fee of £420.00 is charged with on-going monthly management fees equal to 12% of the monthly rental.

Additional Fees

Inventory From £72.00

Referral Fees

At your request and with your permission, we may offer recommendations on local professionals and contractors, such as solicitors, licensed conveyancers, surveyors, mortgage advisers, removal companies etc. You are under no obligation what so ever to use anyone we recommend. Please be aware that some third parties may pay referral fees to us. Should you require further information please do hesitate to contact us.
