Formal written valuations for probate or other purposes are also provided, subject to a set fee.

We offer 2 levels of service: (Inclusive of VAT at 20%)
- Tenant Find - Fees Range from £420.00 dependent upon the monthly rental and marketing costs
- Managed Tenancy - Set Up fee of £180.00 and on-going fees equal to 12% of the monthly rental
